Panama Eyla Geisha Anaerobic Natural

Named for the members of the Caballero family, Eyla farms and processes coffee in the western highlands of Panama. Grown in the famed Jurutungo region and processed as a 72 hour anaerobic natural, this Geisha then moves to a dark room for drying, developing complex fruit character with jasmine florals.
